Thermography Analysis provides high-resolution non-contact means of monitoring the electrical and electro-mechanical equipments. When used as an additional condition monitoring technique to a fundamentally strong vibration monitoring program, this technique helps as an added advantage in increasing the accuracy of prediction.
Note # 1: Thermography is surface phenomena. Any fiber or glass cover has to be removed before the identified panels are scanned
Note # 2: Thermography study has to be performed at minimum load condition of 70%.
