Scope of work:

• The site dynamic balancing will be carried out without dismantling the equipment.
• The site dynamic balancing will be carried out at the actual operating speed and the actual set up.
• All the accumulated unbalance up to operating stage will be corrected by implementing In-situ Dynamic Balancing.
• The inaccuracies of balancing mandrel, influence of balancing machines, etc., will not be reflected by implementing In-Situ Dynamic Balancing.
• The transport to and fro from the balancing shop will be eliminated by implementing In-situ Dynamic Balancing.
• The total balancing can be completed in minimum period.

Note: It takes around 4 hrs or more per balancing. Weights required, Welding and Drilling Support shall be provided by customer.
